Please have the year, model, and serial number of your car ready in order to facilitate faster processing of your order. Please also have your customer number ready, if you already have one.Our prices are competitive, and are included within our catalogs, but are subject to change without notice. This is due to prices being tied to the exchange rate of the dollar and fluctuating steel prices. We stock and manufacture the highest quality parts possible.
We accept visa, mastercard, discover, american express, money orders, and certified check. We cannot accept personal or business checks from out of state. You will only be billed for parts that are being shipped. Parts that are on backorder or otherwise not currently in-stock will not be billed until shipped.
We have daily UPS pickup and daily drop off packages to the Post Office. We can ship via truck lines but only to business addresses. We welcome international purchases and can ship via various international carriers. We strive to keep our shipping costs down. Shipping, packaging, and insurance are extra and will be added to purchases based on the size of the shipment. Faster shipping is available for an additional expense.
If you need to return a part you must first call for return authorization. We allow returns up to 60 days from date of shipment. There will be a 15% return handling charge on all returns unless the item is defective or shipped in error. If the return is due to our error we will send a call tag and pay for the freight. All others must be returned prepaid in new condition, and with a copy of the receipt or sales order number.
